Zanzibar

Zanzibar is a sultry, multi-room lounge setting that features intriguing decor designed to transport its guests to the exotic island from which the restaurant takes its name.

Stylish, yet casual, the main lounge features a long, translucent curved bar that lights up one side of the room, 15 foot high ceilings, and a wall of windows that open onto the sidewalk for outdoor dining. A video screen at the end of the bar flashes abstract images, while the house DJ spins an energetic, eclectic blend of music as an enormous tortoise watches from a photo adorning a large brick wall. The back lounges are filled with overstuffed ottomans, sofas, and guests sipping exotic cocktails around the circular, open-pit fireplace that highlights one of the two back lounges. The main dining room features intimate booths for casual dinners.
